Refund & Cancellation Policy
Styled by Sidra provides professional hair and makeup services that are reserved specifically for your date and time. By confirming a booking, you are securing Sidra’s availability exclusively for you.
Deposits
A booking deposit is required to secure your date. All deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve Sidra’s time and prevent the date from being booked by another client.
Cancellations
If the client cancels the booking at any time, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be refunded. This applies to bridal, party, and destination bookings.
Remaining Balance
Any outstanding balance after the deposit must be paid on the day of the event before Sidra leaves the venue. Payment is required in cash unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Completed Services
Once Sidra has arrived at the location and the service has been fully provided, no refunds are issued.
Sidra provides a thorough service that allows you to review and adjust your look throughout the appointment. Makeup is assessed under both natural daylight and studio lighting, and photo/video checks are performed so both parties can see how the look translates on camera.
Sidra will not leave until the client is satisfied with the final result. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate preferences clearly during the appointment.
